2010 Directory
Dear Cumberland Hills Residents, We will publish and distribute the 2010 Directory in June 2010. We want to assure you that we do not sell or distribute this directory outside of Cumberland Hills. Nor do we provide these directories to anybody outside the subdivision. We try very hard to restrict access to this information. It is intended as a means to build our community and neighborhood. We hope that all Residents will respect the privacy of all concerned and not pass this information on for commercial use as the directory should not be used for soliciting.

Rochester Hills Water Restrictions
The city of Rochester Hills has implemented water usage restrictions in order to reduce "peak time" water consumption. The city is charged a higher rate during peak hours. By requesting residents to water lawns between 1AM and 5AM, the city and in turn all its residents will benefit from the lower non peak time water rates.
Please be alert to cars parked for long period of time near your house. As a safety precaution please remember to lock your car doors and leave the porch or garage lights on if possible. This will help deter any suspicious activity.
