2008 Directory
Dear Cumberland Hills Residents, We have published and distributed the 2008 Directory June 2008. We want to assure you that we do not sell or distribute this directory outside of Cumberland Hills. Nor do we provide these directories to anybody outside the subdivision. We try very hard to restrict access to this information. It is intended as a means to build our community and neighborhood. We hope that all Residents will respect the privacy of all concerned and not pass this information on for commercial use as the directory should not be used for soliciting.

Trash Contract with Waste Management
The Cumberland Hills Board of Directors encourages all new residents and homeowners to contract with Waste Management. Simply call the Pontiac Office of Waste Management 800-796-9696 and let them know you want the Cumberland Hills rate. It is currently $14.85 (Until June 30th 2008) per month with no fuel or environmental surcharges.
If homeowners who use other trash haulers would switch, we would be able to remove 9-12 heavy trucks a week from traveling our damaged roads. This would make Cumberland Hills a safer place to live as well as helping to maintain our roads.
